ok np, when you get to step 6. Take a screen shot, I need to see if it is on the new service screen. That should tell me what I need to fix :-)

well no wonder, I just checked every upload I have of that router, the person who sent it to me never captured that service screen for me. So I used the names from another netgear with the same screens.

So all I need is the html from that page.  go to http://admin:password@192.168.0.1/BKS_service.htm

that should be the new service screen. right click on it and choose view source. Copy all of it and email it to me. that html will hae the text box names I need for the script. Get that to me and should only take me 5 min to fix the script :-)

ok i know why, I need to remove bittorrent from the database list, it is now under the special programs programs list instead.

So remove the current one you have, then have the program dd the new one, it will auto go to your bittorrent settings and get the port you need.

Make sure bittorrent is closed. after the router is updated restart your router (unplug the power, put it back in) then also add the ports to the windows firewall under the tools menu of my program. After all that and the internet is back up run my port tester under the tools menu.

Let me know how it goes.
