I have the PS4 but at this time no games.

As far as PSNETWORK ports, not talking about GAME RELATED! - one does not need to forward ports. Those PSNETWORK ports are only outbound.

Since I know for a fact that double NAT breaks port forwarding so I tried putting my PS4 behind another router that is behind my primary NAT router, and yet I still got NAT Type 2. This how I know for sure that those PSNETWORK ports are outbound ports -vs- inbound ports (the ones that one has to forward).

As example of double NAT breaks port forwarding: While using uTorrent if one changes from single NAT to double NAT, uTorrent seeding will stop working.

---
Different possible fixes for Double NAT include:

#1 DMZ from primary to secondary's WAN IP and forwarding in secondary to the computer behind second router.

#2 Changing the secondary to acting as a hub/switch/WAP and then forwarding as normal from the primary NAT router.

#3 Putting the primary NAT router into bridge mode (this applies mainly to modem combos = modem and NAT router all-in-one) and the secondary router becomes the new primary NAT router (as it now handles the true WAN IP).

#4 and depending on the type of connection to the net that the primary NAT router is handling, bypassing it.

Hi Sir thanks for your answer,
I have a modem from ISP that is a router and i have configured a second router has Wifi Access Point in wich i connect Ps4 via wifi.
do i need to disable second router DHCP in order to avoid double Nat ? And do i configure ports on ISP Router or in Second router ?

Thanks !

One step at a time.

#1 What is the brand and model of the ISP modem with router?

#2 What is the brand and model of the other router w/ Wi-Fi?

For example when I was on DSL, the answer to my own questions would be:

a) Westell 6100F.

b) Linksys E4200 hardware version one.

#3 Do you have port forwarding options in both routers (answer this regardless how you are trying to forward).

#4 Not only can you disable the DHCP Server in the second router, you can change the LAN IP Address of the second router?

#1 What is the brand and model of the ISP modem with router?
Technicolor TG784n v3 (I think there is a little bug on the program when it came to assign the machine to port route because on program it ask me to put ps4 ip adress and i cant select the ip from the ps4 only the MAC adress from the Technicolor TG784n v3 192.168.1.254 menu in order to assign machine to port route

Thanks ! Also the database is a bit broked a update to new games /consoles would be nice !

#1 I looked at pf to see if they have a guide for that.

#2 While trying to find that guide, it used to be called Thomson and the new brand is called Technicolor.

#3 Looked at their guide and tried to look through the Thomson guides here.

#4 Based upon the UI, your router guide is this one http://www.pcwintech.com/port-forwarding-thomson-tg784-thomson-firmware

#5 As noted: Either forward to the MAC Address of the PS4 or if you want to forward to the LAN IP of the PS4, in the drop down menu select user-defined.

[EDIT] forgot to include the info to add how to convert to WAP

The above for forwarding.

For converting a second NAT router info acting as a hub/switch/wap, while I do not what the second router is - it goes like this.

#1 In the primary NAT router:

a) You must find the DHCP Range.

Since you posted what brand and model of you have, this is located at Home Network -> Interfaces -> Local Network

b) You must make sure that the DHCP Range does not occupy the whole subnet.

c) If the DHCP range occupies the whole subnet, then you need make it smaller.

To do that after going to Home Network -> Interfaces -> Local Network, click on Configure and then Edit

For example with the NAT router at 192.168.1.254, the Start/First IP Address of 192.168.1.1, the Last/End IP Address of 192.168.1.253 with the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (or a /24 notation), then you could make the Start/First IP Address of 192.168.1.64

#2 With the second router not connected to the primary NAT router:

a) Change it's LAN IP to be in the same subnet as the primary NAT router but outside of the DHCP Range.

For example with the NAT router at 192.168.1.254, the Start/First IP Address of 192.168.1.64, the Last/End IP Address of 192.168.1.253 with the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (or a /24 notation), then you could make the second router's LAN IP 192.168.1.6

b) Disable the DHCP Server

#3 Now connect one of the LAN ports of the second NAT router to the one of the LAN ports of the primary NAT router.
