« on: February 15, 2018, 05:29:11 AM »
Hello -
I have run the screen router screen capture tool.
1) How do I know you have received data?
2) How long does it normally take to add router to "the list?"

Thanks,
Alana

While waiting for an answer from the company who makes & supports this software, let me try to help you.

It would help to know more info, like..

#1 ..What is the brand and model of your NAT router?

For example: Linksys E4200 hardware version one

#2 ..What software firewall is on your computer?

For example: The firewall built into Windows 7

#3 ..Did you use a port checker?

Yes

\\

Only if so:

a) Which one(s) you used?

b) What the result is/was?

For example:

Used grc.com shield's up and the result was closed.

//

#4 ..What program/app you are trying to forward for?

For example: uTorrent
