I have a roter TP-link wr740N v4, and this works like a charm if I set TP-link wr1043n in spf. Tp-link updated the firmware of the new versions of the router. It is different.

#1 If you use the TP-link wr740N v4 with SPF it shows how to forward the ports and the NAT router's UI.

#2 If you log-in manually to the TP-link wr740N v6, does it have the same UI as the TP-link wr740N v4?

I already tried to manually login to v6, it's no work. But I was able to use it in manual mode (debug), seting wr841n and it worked perfectly. The only drawback is to manually log in and click next many times in debug mode.

Odd that logging-in manually does not work.

Just so that we both of the same page, when I said manually I did not mean with SPF - instead I mean log-in with your web client / web browser.

#1 What is different between the two log-in pages?

#2 After logging into the NAT router(s), the forwarding page is the same?

#3 If not, what is different between them?

#1 What is different between the two log-in pages?

I do not know the difference exactly, but the look is different.

#2 After logging into the NAT router(s), the forwarding page is the same?

Yes, after login it works perfectly the same.(using wr841n option on spf for 740n v6 and using 1043n option on 740n v4)

#3 If not, what is different between them?

Using the option that would be the correct one (wr740n) neither v4 nor v6 work at all.

Let me try this again.

You may either describe as best as you can AND or show what is/are the difference.

I will give to an example with two different NAT routers that I have, where the UI is almost the same as far as forwarding the ports - not including talking about the Color Scheme and other things.

Unit at 192.168.1.1 is my Linksys E4200 hardware version one running Tomato Firmware v1.28.0510 MIPSR2Toastman-RT-N K26 USB Nocat-VPN

Unit at 192.168.1.2 is my Linksys WRT54G hardware version two running Tomato Firmware v1.28.7636 Toastman-IPT-ND ND VLAN-Std

At 192.168.1.1 as you can see the forwarding page added the option of Basic IPv6. Other than that, both units in the forwarding page have the following options: Basic, DMZ, Triggered and UPnP/NAT-PMP.

At 192.168.1.2 as you can see, I can hide the note(s) that tell me how to forward the ports.

Other than that, both units have the following: On (meaning enabled), Proto (short for Protocol), Src Address, Ext Ports, Int Port, Int Address and Description.

#1 I got 403 forbidden error for both of them :(

#2 For one of the UIs, I found this.

http://www.tplink.com/resources/simulator/wr740n_ina_4.2/Index.htm

#3 Is that what your TL-WR740N v4 looks like?

#4 If so, at Forwarding -> Virtual Server..

..a) For the forwarding rules you have these: ID, Service Port, Internal Port, IP Address, Protocol, Status, and Modify.

..b) You have these buttons: Add New, Enable All, Disable All, Delete, Previous and Next

???

#5 If so, After going to Forwarding ->  Virtual Servers and clicking on Add New you get these options/fields?

Service Port, Internal Port, IP Address, Protocol, Status, and besides Save/Apply and Cancel/Back you also get Common Service Port

??

#6 And besides Virtual Servers, you get these other options:

Port Triggering, DMZ, and UPnP

?

Yes, both routers (v4 and v6) are exactly like this.

In this link you have access to the two fw:

Just wondering.

Since simple forwarding worked with the TP-link wr740N v4 and showed you what to do, why can't you log-in 100 % manually to the TL-WR740N v6 with your web client/browser of choice (Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and and on - ETC...) and forward ports manually - Especially considering that the forwarding pages of both of those NAT routers are exactly the same ?

Thank you

I always knew how to do the process manual. This is extremely simple. But the roter only allows to add 20 entries, and many games have already used 8 or 10 entries or more. If I put only two games, it would not fit the doors of a third game. So I use spf to simplify the process of port forward, when I play some game. Are not you part of the spf stuff?

No I am part of the staff, but I am trying to help out.

While you cover that you use three games, behind this NAT router you don't play all three games at once do you?

What are the games that you use?

Note to better assist you: Where you see the word you - that/it could be singular (only you) or plural (you and your other friends/family that are also behind this same exact NAT router),

I play only one game at a time, but several games in one day. If I were to do the port forward process manually I would lose several and several minutes with it. So I've been using spf for a couple of years to automate this function. When I'm playing call of duty, for example, with one click I
open all the necessary ports.
