#1 What is the brand and model of your broadband modem?

#2 If you have a separate router: What is the model of your RJ-45 WAN port router?

#3 What software firewall is on your computer?

#4 What is your ISP?

#5 Are you trying to forward to a stand alone device or are you trying to forward to normal computer?

Note - Examples of a normal computer(s) include: Desktops and Laptops.

#6 If you do not have a separate router, do you have a spare NAT router (and if so what brand and model)?

#7 If not to question(s) 2 and 6 , do you have a spare computer that is not in use that works that either has:

a) Two NICs

b) OR you can add a second NIC into the computer?

For example by a second NIC into the computer I mean a PCI NIC like the TRENDnet - Fast Ethernet PCI Adapter (Model: TE100-PCIWN).

Note: at least one of those two NICs, must be a wired NIC.

***

While I am waiting your answers, here are the answers to my own questions (based upon for the equipment that I have).

#1 Motorola SB6141

#2 Linksys E4200 (hardware) ver 1.

#3 The built one into Windows 7

#4 PTD(PenTeleData)/ Service Electric

#5 In my case, N/A. I have forwarded for BZFlag (on a normal computer) in the past and I have a stand alone print sever (Canon MF4700 Series) that I could forward to.

#6 I also have a spare Linksys WRT54G hardware version 2, not in use.

#7 Yes I do

#1 Is the laptop either a backup or a spare?

#2 If it is spare:

a) you have made a back of all of your files?

b) you know how to reinstall the OS and get back to were you are now?

** !! **

Important note about my last question: This means you must have an external boot-able media like optical disk (CD/DVD) or thumb/jump drive. This means it can not be a partition on your hard drive - inside of your computer, if you only have one hard drive. If you more than one hard drive, I believe that would be ok too.

#3  While I know what your current modem combo is, do you have a spare modem (regardless if it includes a NAT router in it) ?

#4 Instead of individual ports, can it do port ranges (For example 14000-14024) ?

#5 And this may just be me, but while the high-order ports I understand may need to be forwarded to your PC, I
see very little reason why TCP80 & 443 would need to be forwarded FROM the internet TO your PC. By Uplay do
you mean Ubi Play like the info at http://olausson.de/2-misc/14-rainbow-six-siege-port-forwarding-for-open-nat-type and like the info at  http://steamcommunity.com/app/220240/discussions/0/846939854179405600/ ?

CONNECTIVITY ISSUES IN THE DIVISION ON PC

QUESTION:
During the game I am experiencing issues with online functions. What can I do?
ANSWER:
Please follow the steps below to improve your Multiplayer experience:

1. Firewall software
Start by updating any anti-virus or personal firewall software that may be installed on your computer. For 3rd party software (ZoneAlarm, Norton AntiVirus/Internet Security, Mcafee, Avast, etc) check with the appropriate software vendor for details on updating the software and definitions.
You also need to consider the Windows Firewall (accessed via the Control Panel as seen below) which may block the game from accessing the Internet. Please note that to update your Windows Firewall definitions you will need to keep your Windows Updates up to date.
If updating these programs does not resolve the issue, you may need to configure the software to allow access to the specific application. This is generally done through the exceptions list (may be named differently depending on your software). When adding the game as an exception remember to add the executable (exe) for both the game and Uplay.

2. Ports
If following the steps above to update and configure your firewall does not resolve the issue, it will be necessary to forward ports. You will need to forward these ports to your computer’s IP address for the best possible connection:

Uplay PC:
TCP: 80, 443, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 and 14024.

Game Ports:
UDP: 33000 to 33499
TCP: 27015, 51000, 55000 to 55999, 56000 to 56999

Ok.

#1 I point you to setuprouter.com -> TP-Link -> Archer-D5 -> Download Manuals for TP-Link Archer D5 -> TP-Link Archer D5 Manual, go to the Table of Contents -> then click on where it says 4.14.1 Virtual Server

#2 As noted you can enter a single port as well as a range of ports.

#3 Since it supports a range of ports, I'd collapse things down as much as possible. Something like: 80,443,14000-14024,27015,33000-33499,55000-56999.
