« on: August 05, 2016, 01:48:50 PM »
Hello guys!
I've been trying to install CleanMem in my work computer, but I get an error message: C:\Windows\system32\MiniMonitor.scr
A decompression error has ocurred (#2026)
Unknown decompression error

I'm using Windows 7, 64-bit. I can't find a specific download link for a 64-bit version.

What can I do?

Thank you in advance :)

- I have the 32 bits version installed on my 64 bits system as well and Cleanmem (CM) runs without a problem/hiccup. In that regard there's no need for a 64 bits version.
- Where does CM wants to install itself ? I have it in a subfolder of "c:\Program Files (x86)\..........".
- Let CM run the Minimonitor as well. Open Task Manager (processes tab) and if a process is (recognized to be a) 32 bit process then Task Manager will add "* 32" to the name of the process. What tells your Task Manager ?
- However, that file "MiniMonitor.scr" should be placed in the "C\windows\syswow64\" folder. Odd.

- I am not the author of the program. I hope the authoer will reply.
