Windows Media Player 12 malfunctioning
« on: January 11, 2016, 12:21:50 AM »
Most people say WMP is bad which I'm sure may not be the best compared to other media players today but it is one I am most accustomed to.
For a while, most files have been showing up as 0 bytes and when transferring music to my mp3 player, they are categorized as unknown or show question marks in place of kanjis (Japanese music). My efforts to fix this problem has now led to duplicate tracks showing up and now the player won't allow me to delete anything. Is there a way possible I could uninstall and reinstall the player? Or which course of action would anyone else take? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed it sort of, there were quite a few problems regarding registry, memory and such, so I backed up some things and did a clean install of Windows 7 xD
