« on: November 24, 2015, 08:40:58 PM »
Shane
First, Is Simple Port Forwarding compatible with windows 10
Second, If after paying for the program and with your help my computer does not port forward, is there any refund. I have been burned before and I don't want to buy something that does not work?
Thanks

Two part question.

#1 Unknown at this time by me as I do not have Windows 10. Someone else who has Windows 10 and tried to use this program (and or the programer), will be able to tell you.

#2 Unknown at this time by me as I have never paid for the pro version, but I have advise.

Since you change the free features into the pro features by entering your serial number into it, it makes sense not to pay for the pro features until you know the free features work.. ;)

Let us find out why, that did work.

#1 Forward the ports to your computer in the router.

#2 Post the following screen shots:

a) Showing how you forwarded your ports in the router.

b) The results of this port tester

(Or if you did not have a Windows computer. On a Mac computer, A screen shot of the results of the simple-port-tester for mac.)
