The only command line it supports is /sleepnow

If you need to shutdown or restart the computer without using a big timer just use the built in shutdown.exe in windows

So to shutdown the computer in 30 sec use

%systemroot%\system32\SHUTDOWN.exe -s -f -t 30

Or to reboot just change the -s to -r

%systemroot%\system32\SHUTDOWN.exe -r -f -t 30
