Post 2 screen shots for me.

1. A screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router
2. A screen shot of the results of my port tester program.

Lets go from there

Here you go. Also, I thought that this information would be helpful as well: I portforwarded my lorex security system and they said the  port forwarding is right. But it still came up as closed. I called the internet provider and they said that they didn't block any ports. :undecided:

You need to use my port tester program, not the webpage tester
http://www.pcwintech.com/simple-port-tester

The reason for that is on that same page

Most online port testers fail no matter what if nothing accepts their connection attempt. This port tester program will open the port on the system it is running on and listen for a connection from this site. So when the port tester program says the ports are open you can count that they are :-)

Post a screen shot of the results of my port tester program.

Ok.

#1 At http://www.pcwintech.com/myip is the non bogan IP Address that users from Internet use to connect to you.

#2 In the router, I believe at Basic -> Setup, is where the WAN IP is.

#3 Please tell us that the WAN IP in the router has the non bogan IP Address.

#4 What software firewall is on your computer?

On the port forwarding rule the external IP should be blank, change the rule and update that and then try the port tester again
