TP-Link doesn't open port
« on: December 01, 2014, 09:57:34 AM »
So I'm trying to open a port that I use for my server, I have portforwarded before and it worked fine.
So I perfectly know how to port forward, the thing is I have port 25565 forwarded on the correct IP
I have my server running but I can't seem to get into it using my external ip, localhost works fine.
I've tried many port checker all came up either filtered, stealthed or closed.
I even used port mappers which succesfully put the port into the uPnP which showed up on the router,
but still the port didn't open for some reason, I've tried different ports all with the same result.
I tried dissabling all firewalls but that didn't help. The port 25565 is allowed on the firewall aswel.
I've also ran it in DMZ but that didn't do the job either.  :undecided:

I am using a TP-Link TL-WR941N

Here are some pictures

I am clueless..

I have solved this problem bij checking in with the portforwarding on my ISP provider and portforwarded it on their website, and It fixed it for me.
