Digimerge NVR Newbie

Just found this forum.  Looks like some very good advice on here.  I'm going to give it a try.

I am in the process of trying to port forward my NVR for Remote viewing.  When I log into the NVR through its web address 192.168.0.7, I'm not able to see the camera.  I get a screen with a big Q.

Do you have quick time, installed?

If not, you need to install it.

If it is installed, you need to enable it in your web browser.

The quicktime icon that is showing normally means it needs the quicktime add on for the browser.

If you havent you may just need to install quicktime.
