I dont use linux so I dont know.

I do know in Windows PE in order to run VB6 apps you need to have these files
Asycfilt.dll, Comcat.dll, Msvbvm60.dll, Oleaut32.dll, Olepro32.dll, and Stdole2.tlb

So I would say make sure wine has those as well, any other files the program needs is in the folder of the program itself. Then of course it is a matter of having any other files those dll or ocx files need as well.
