Port Forwarding Help
« on: January 22, 2014, 07:33:52 PM »
Shane,

I've been having trouble forwarding the ports of my Motorola SBG6580-3.5.8.2-GA-01-488-01-NOSH. I would like to forward them to host a game server. My IP address is static, I've tried using your Simple Port Forwarding program, choosing the Motorola v3.5 Firmware, but when I get to updating the router I receive a "NOT FOUND error". This may not be a lot of information to work off of, but I hope you can get back to me and I'll provide everything I can, thank you.

Post a screen shot of the program as it tries to update the router so I can see where it is getting stuck at :-)

You dont have the right router information in, you put the IP and http port settings for the game instead of the router

Router IP is auto detected by the program and is your gateway IP and the http port should be port 80.

If your happy with my work. Then all I ask in return is you simply let others know about my site and programs. I help with anything computer or network related :-)
Also always feel free to make a post in the feedback forum.
And a facebook like at the top of the page of my site is nice as well. ;)
