noob question. ipconfig safe to show?

When I type ipconfig and the results show is it safe to show that on a YouTube video for example?

Ipconfig shows information about your Local Area Network (LAN) address, unless you are connected directly to your modem. It doesn't show your public IP address (unless you aren't behind a router). As long as your network is secure and unwanted users don't have access and you are behind a router, it is fine.

Take a look at this page. (http://www.pcwintech.com/find-your-router-ip-address). Also check your public IP address (http://www.pcwintech.com/myip), if the IPv4 address is the same then don't post that info.

As long as it is only showing local IP info then it is safe :-)

Local IP's (like 192.168.1) cant be connected to over the net.
