Another can't port forward problem.
« on: June 29, 2013, 04:21:47 AM »
Hello

I'm trying to port forward so I can play a game With my friends. A mud With the zmud program. Tried the portforwarding program but it does not work. I'v read a few of threads and can not figure out what is wrong ( I should add I'm a Complete moron when it comes to computers, but Learning slowly)

I've checked that the wan ip is the same as the one on this page that checks ip.

Screenshots of portforward page and results of program

Also when I try the port checker all ports I attempt seem to fail. I thought 80 was not supposed to fail. So maybe the problem is With my computer, but I've tried to Connect on another computer aswell. Added rules to the Windows firewall but not sure I did it right.

Router is Zyxel P-2602HWT-F3

I should add there is an range extender hooked to the network though I am not Connected to it. Dont know if that has any bearing.( Whats up With the random Capital letters.)

The script for that router was made a few years ago. Looks like they updated the firmware and changed what frame the page loads in.

In the program go to advanced and edit scripts. Click on script 2 and remove

set_frame_name("main")
set_frame_number("3")

Click save script and give it another try

Hey.

I did that still does not quite work. Posting screenshot.

Btw did try to add it manually, though managed to get the udp port open, not the tcp. Does that sound like the isp could be blocking aswell? Need to Call them I suppose. Also cant ping anything outside router, can Access everything on the web I can think but not ping a single site. That is probably not related though.

Cheers

Did you see the program put the user name and password into the login page? The script says it found them and put them in yet it isnt making it past the login.
