It is most likely your behind 2 routers. Post a screen shot showing the internet IP in the linksys for me so I can see

Without question, more than one router is present.

Provided that both routers are yours, one of the possible fixes is addressed on http://www.pcwintech.com/how-setup-two-or-more-routers-together-port-forwarding-port-triggering
Private messages (PM) are not for support questions or for hints to not yet answered topics. The PMs are basically for confident conversation between the users, off the forum.

Thats is an odd local IP for it to have though, it is possible your ISP has you behind a 2nd network on their end and not a 2nd router, which of course would block all port forwarding.

Let me know if you are able to login into the other one or not. That will tell me if your behind a 2nd router or your ISP has you behind a 2nd network. Which the only way to get out of a 2nd network is to buy a static internet IP from your ISP. In order to give you a static internet IP they have to take you out of that 2nd network.

I turned on DMZ but I'm not sure if I have it set up correctly. In ipconfig my IPv4 is 192.168.1.125. I cannot join the server through the IP the website you linked says, but I can through the one that is listed as IPv4 on my router page. I also gave him both IPs (linksys and public) with and without  ":25565" at the end and nothing. Here is the screenshot of my IP and my DMZ configuration. I'm sensing that we're almost there!
edit: here is the link to my modem if needed. http://www.instantbyte.com/product_info.php?products_id=3788&osCsid=ces165brt8ps771st4o1nhoad0

No not DMZ in the linksys. Turn it back off.

The WAN IP in the linksys is not a normal local IP. It looks like your ISP has you behind a 2nd network on their end. Thus port forwarding will never work.

The only way out of that 2nd network is for you to buy a static internet IP from them. The only way they can give you a static internet IP is by taking you out of that 2nd network.

Sorry, not the most knowledgeable with routers yet. My ISP's calling hours just ended recently. Teamviewer wouldn't help at the moment right? It's just a matter if me calling my ISP and asking them to buy a static IP? Also, is there a sure-fire way to check if my internet ip is static or dynamic? You've been a super help so far :)

Alrighty :) I'll have to call them tomorrow. Also, am I supposed to be able to log in to what I think is my modem? I have wireless internet setup like this.
                                                                           (MODEM?)
Wireless Receiver (outside) --->  cord  --->   Into a box with  --->  Router
                                                                  Power, POE and LAN

You wont be able to log into it, I am on the same type of setup. My ISP doesnt have enough internet IP's to hand out, so they keep people behind a 2nd local network. So I just got a static IP and no problems now :-)

Would no-ip.com be able to fix my issue and save me from spending an extra 10 bucks a month? If it would work, would I have to port forward for it? Also, what would the default port be?

no-ip is nothing more than a name that points to your internet IP. It is impossible for anyone to change how your setup is going to work except the ISP. $10 a month is normally the normal rate to get a static IP. But that static Ip is the only way to make it work.

And look at it this way, if for some odd reason it doesnt work you can cancel the static IP :-)
