CleanMem EULA
« on: April 03, 2013, 10:19:07 AM »
First off the cleanmem product works great, and I have yet to find one that works as well as this one does.   I understand that CleanMem is free to use for Home and Business, unfortunately our company requires a EULA.  Is there any formal Licensing Agreement for this product?

Thank you for your time and support,

Adrian

(Q.) I bought the pro version of CleanMem, How do I get the free version to pro?
(A.) The pro and free version are in the same program. Simply run the free version, and then under the menu you will see "Enter Serial Number". Put your serial number in and restart the program. You now have the pro version.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I had already found that information and sent it to my boss and unfortunately it was insufficient.  They are looking for a more formal EULA.  Licensing is very strict in our company.  Again thank you for your time and support it is greatly appreciated.

What is the difference between that page and me coping and pasting it into a txt file and calling it eula? lol

I am not strict when it comes to my programs. I believe when you help others they help in return. So I never found a need for strict licensing or Eula. It is basically just common sense. You are free to use the program, company or personal. Dont change my program, mod it or call it your own. And just other common sense and respectful stuff really. Other than that have fun with it :-)

Tell me what your boss needs and i can just make something for you lol.

Wow you are extremely helpful, as is this utility.  Like I said I haven't found anything like it and I have been trying tons of different software.  Basicly we need that information you stated in your previous post, what we can and cannot do with the software, distribution information, installation information, usage information (restrictions, the free for Personal and Corporate etc).  I believe those are the main things they are looking for.  If this is not possible, I certainly understand and truly appreciate your works and efforts.

Thank you,

Adrian
