Free Ram at Startup
« on: November 23, 2012, 05:49:01 PM »
Hi
hope this is not a dumb question <grin>
When I startup my PC I ususally wait 5 minutes before using it(just a habit)
but notice the amout of physical memory available(in task manager) varies.
Sometimes I have 358 and sometimes I have 363,is that normal?(before using cleanmem)

I only have
2 startup programs and sometimes I notice if I do a disk scan, then a defrag
before I shut it down for the night I have the 363 the next day but not always.
I tested my ram and it is fine........you know what they say about curiosity!

That is normal. No program ever uses the same amount of memory every time. I dont know why LOL
