well when i start my computer the next day this error appears on my screen
than i have to turn off my modem/router and turn it back on again for me to use the internet again , ,
any ideas ??

It means another device on the network has the same ip as your machine.
If your system is set for a auto IP from the router just reboot again and it should get a new IP from the router

yeah but i dont wanna go restarting the modem every time this error occurs , that would be annoying , , theres got to be another way

I meant restart your computer.
It happens sometimes. Best thing to do is check what other device has the conflicting IP and make sure it isnt set to static
