moives crashing

Hey every time i try to watch a moive with vlc or some think else the moive will work fine for so long then it will start freezing not sure what i should do .

vlc? Also are you watching off a dvd disk or a video file?

file mate its on every moive now and iv seen some that it never happend to and now it on the same film

Ok it could be a number of different things. So the best thing to do is just start going down the list :wink:

1. Something wrong with the codecs to play the file. Have you installed k-lite codec pack yet?
2. Driver problem with the video card
3. High fragmentation on the hard drive.
4. Something wrong with the player itself.
5. Audio drivers

Those are a few things. Try the k-lite pack first if you havent already, it also comes with media player classic (Which I use) and so that will be a different program so you can cover bot #1 and #4 :wink:

yer i have k light and i was useing media player classic to m i could try uninstall my driver for my card and then reinstall from there site on the sound not to sure
