Help
« on: October 21, 2012, 08:42:17 PM »
Hi I am unable to view my security cameras on my PC from home. I have port forwarded my router, not sure if I did it right, I have created a DDNS account. I changed my port to 85. I can watch it at my restaurant but not from home. Very confused and irritated. Please Help!!!

Post a screen shot of the port forwarding page in your router (The one the dvr is hooked to) and a screen shot of the network setup int he dvr.

With those I can see if you have things set correctly

OK I still need a screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router.

Also in the DVR the DNS should be the same as the gateway (Normally) if it isnt it wont work online

The page in the router, not a screen shot of my port forwarding program

If you go to the last step in my program click the "view router settings" button. This will log into the router for you and go to the port forwarding page. Make sure to make the page big enough for me to see all the rules
