A system restore question

Hi Shane
I have a Win Xp sp3 machine. If system is on C can  I disable system restore on D partition?

Processor :AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual core 3800, 2009Mhz.
Mother board :Gygabyte M61 PM-S2
Ram :3GB
Disk space :149.05 GB
Default browser:Pale Moon
Protection :Avast,Sandboxie,Private firewall

I personally have it disabled all togeather lol

But yes, if there isnt anything you are worried about on D: you can disable it :wink:

Should I be worried about anything that is not system related? as far as I know, system restore is only for system files and in the D partition aren`t any system files.

I always do my own backup to an external drive.

I am not worried if Windows goes down as I can fix it. It is my stuff I cant replace that I keep backed up.

I use the free backup fbackup. Not bad for being free. :-)
