Dear  support Tech,

CleanMem CM v.2.4.3 evaluation.

I´m testing your program in my laptop  with windows 7.
I have two users, the administrator and  another user.
I have installed your program in administrator mode. And I put the startup mode when windows 7 start.
I have activated it  for all users. And also I have activated only for current user.

When I start windows 7 in mode Administrator.  Not problem, CM start also and working well.
But when  I start in mode user. The CM don´t start. For start it, it is necessary  run the program and confirm the password of the administrator.

For me, The password requeriment in mode user (not administrator)  is  a mistake of the program.
How I can  to avoid this password rqueriment  and start the program in mode user as well as administrator one?
Is it due  a diferences between the CM free and the CM Pro?

Congratulations for your  CM program.

Regards.

Cleanmem runs from the task scheduler.

Just have the task run under the system account and you wont have to worry about any passwords and it will run on all accounts

@Salva: CM is indeed kicked into into action by the Task Scheduler and is run under the SYSTEM account. What you're refering to, is that shortcuts, to CM are made available, by the installation program, for "all users" or "current user".

If you want CM to be run when a user activates his/her existing account then you should modify the CM task in the Task Scheduler.
