Updating to the new verion
« on: September 15, 2012, 08:21:37 PM »
Howdy
I am going to uninstall v1.7 and install the current-my question is does the uninstaller
remove all of the things it installed as in will there be any lefrover drivers in the windows
folder or the system32 folder? So does it uninstall cleanly-I am sure it will as you are a smart
man! Or if I choose to use the portable version instead does that add anything to those above
mentioned folders? I know about the 1byte string but is the portable better for me?

The uninstaller removes everything :-)

The only difference is the portable you have to put on your system manually. The setup simply creates the shortcuts and folders for you and of course uninstalls them as well.

Cleanmem stores all its settings in the ini file with it so your fine there.
