Was utorrent closed?

Also log into the router and find the status page that shows what your WAN/Internet IP is. Does it match the IP on this page?

There is the WAN IP
http://pokit.org/get/?0ec28e017be4bc61815b936b21ce9ef3.jpg

looks like your behind a 2nd router.

Try to see if you can find more info on the connection that has the WAN IP of 192.168.2.1

What username and password are you using to log into the router? Looking at the screens I have for that model you have a lot of pages not showing in the menu that the others have.

Either you dont have the admin login or ISP has blocked those pages and has you behind a 2nd network on their end. Which if they do means no port forwarding is going to work.

You will see here from one of the screen shots I have that you dont have a few of the links on the menu, plus yours doesnt show any info on the internet connection.

Looks like your ISP has you setup differently and so you cant port forward.

You may need to give them a call as it is on their end, not yours

That I dont know. Unless your ISP is doing traffic shaping to mess up the downloads. Some ISP's do that. Or it could just be a problem with utorrent. I dont know since I dont use utorrent lol
