Dear Sir, YOU ARE MY HERO. My husband and I purchased the lorex LH314 about one and half or two years ago and we have NEVER been able to view the camera's while away from home, EVER. After numerous calls to my internet provider, lorex and belkin nobody had an answer. We gave up. After our neighborhood was vandalized we decided it was time to figure the system out. After spending about 8 days on Your forum, I was able to fix the problem today, turns out it was something to do with the DMZ setting. Thank You seems so inadequate for Your information, but THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
