Two questions
« on: August 08, 2012, 01:56:19 PM »
I have one question and one problem:
1. I have a wallpaper/screensaver program (I absolutely love) dated from 2004/2003. I tried to install the program but Win 7 simply blocks the actions of this program. E.g. Win 7 doesn't allow the old program to show multiple times ("tiling") of the same picture to "fill up" the entire screen. Is it possible to tweak the registry in such a way that it allows the old program to operate ? Or to to disable the build-in screensaver in Win 7 ?

2. Can you recommend a website which provides loads/a lot of Win 7 (registry) tweaks ?

Windows 7 has new API calls for the screen saver. Dont think old programs will work with it.

Yes, I went through it. But perhaps there're more useful tweaks around.
