Very, very slow internet

Hi everybody,
My internet is sooooooooooooooooooooo slow and sometimes he stop downloading and uploading...
When I play in a Minecraft server, after 5 sec. its say Connection reset or Read time out.
When I want to watch YouTube videos it's don't want to buffering.
Seriously, heeeeelp me!

DSL, cable, wireless, microwave.

Who is your ISP?
What speeds do you pay for?
