Registry Backup 1.3.0- question

Hi Shane
Next to the the two lines on the left hand side underneath the backup botton, the two lines: windows volume shadow copy running and volume shadow copy running both are negative.
Under Win services the  Volume shadow copy service is in default manual.
Questions: 1. meaning 2.What to do?

It is suppose to be at manual.

When a program needs the VSS it will start it :wink:

Looks like VSS is having trouble.

Thankfully in the new versions of my reg backup, if the VSS fails the program will fall back and use the Windows API to backup the registry :wink:

I do have some repair info on VSS on tweaking.com
