I get to the log in screen put in pass work and get onle letters and number

You have to use IE.

The active x control is only written for internet explorer. Any other browser and you just get text :wink:

I am  using IE, on my other lap top i had to download something but i forgot what it was.

Did IE ask you to install the active x control?

If it doesnt load you will get text as well :wink:

Yes, as I said, that means the activex control isnt loading :wink:

Your IE security might be up to high, you can also click on the broken page icon in the address bar, this will turn on compatibly on the page and see if it helps :-)
