Still running hot. It is the motherboard remember?

The fans blow at full speed as it gets hot. We got the temp down but not down far enough to where the fans will slow down. Once you have a new video card in you should see if you have an option to disable the onboard video :-)

Hmm oh yeah, I'm trying to find a way to disable it but I'm unable to. Do you know a way?

Only way is if the bios gives you an option. You can try disabling it in windows int he device manager.

Bios doesn't have an option. My bios is terrible lol. DO I just reset all of the Bios settings and that will do it?...and I accidentally uninstalled the drivers of the onboard card.  :omg:

Only option left is to disable the video card int he device manager and see if it helps :wink:

(This is why I hate store bought machines lol)

Then it auto disables when you put in the new video card :-)

The temps are low now. But it still sometimes blows too hard with the temps still on low. Maybe because its summer now?

Possible.

The system uses just air to cool itself. So the warmer the air the less cooling it gets :wink:
