After setting some rules up allowing the ports to go through the firewall they seem to be working. (Discard)

Not sure what to have you try next.

We know port forwarding works, and sometimes it works to your system while other times it fails. So we know it is something on the system.

Have you tried FS9 and FSX yet to see how they do?
