Looks like it works fine.

I just tried connecting to your internet IP and got this
http://112.202.xxx.xxx/wap.htm

And it was asking for a login and pic size.

The reason you cant connect is because your router doesnt like reverse nat.

SO when your home and on the same network as the DVR you will use its local IP to connect.
When outside your home like I am you will use your internet IP or the DDNS name you may have setup.

Well that explains that LOL

OK PM me your internet IP and I will try to connect.

Also lets make sure your not behind 2 routers.
Log into your router and find the WAN or Internet IP. Make sure it match these IP on this page

When I put in  your internet IP I get a webcam page loaded up.

So it looks your working

When home and on the same network as the DVR you will use the local IP. When outside your home like I am you will use your internet IP. This is because a lot of routers don't handle reverse nat very well
