So far hardware is looking good. Might be driver related.

Are you doing anything when the blue screen happens?

Did not have it again since the last time I reported, but if I`m correct, the last time it happened while the machine was moving a file. How often do you recommend I should do a CHKDSK procedure?

Run chkdsk any time you feel something isn't right.

The errors where file system related and chkdsk did fix some errors. So perhaps you got this one nailed

Only time will tell. Let me know how it goes after some more time passes and how the system behaves.

Thank you Shane I`ll let you in. Do you think that my adding 2GIGS of RAM will make any difference?

It shouldn't. But the more memory for the system the better, 1gb wasn't much.

Hi Shane
I do not know if it is related  but know, if I press a link icon in my desk, or any other link icon in any folder, instead of getting me to the address, it gets the windows print window instead. Any ideas?

Yeah I might be adding those to my windows repair tool after I finish this new program.

Each version of windows is different but shouldn't be a problem
