i am still in need of a crm tool program for my boss. we were talking about this in another thread a while back but i cant access that thread any more. you showed me a program you had made for a church and i liked that design but was wanting different parameters in it than what the church needed and was wondering if you could make it like i am needing....you made an excel spreadsheet version which is fine for me but the interface doesnt work well for my boss as hes kind of computer illiterate...i was hoping ot get something easier for him to understand. the parameters i need are
Name
Phone Number
E-Mail
Address

Items Needed
Part Number Needed

Year of Car
Make of Car
Model of Car
Engine Size of Car

Price Quoted
Notations

a larger allotment of space for the notations section would be great

I have been slammed working on programs for the tweaking.com site and am working on a major new program right now.

So I dont have time currently to pump this out.

Holidays are rather nuts for me lol

Not off the top of my head.

What you could do is what some people do.

Microsoft Access is the database I would use for the program anyways. Access lets you build a GUI for it with VBA.

You have the form, now you need to have a window that has a list of all the records :-)

Then when a user double clicks on one it opens your form with the data.

A new button can open that form where a person can then add a new entry.

Lots of work ahead, but will be a good learning experience for you

This program here www.thetransbroker.com is another one of my programs I sell to brokers. Totaly database driven, but could give you some idea of what you need to do.
