« on: September 29, 2011, 01:46:08 AM »
Hello shane,
Hope to find you in a good health .Thanks for your timely support.
I am facing a problem with outlook in my branches. The scenario is like this .
I have mail server hosted outside and users are connected to this server through pop3 using outlook .My branches are connected through MP LS link .In head office i have 1 router for MPLS connection (192.168.14.254)
and 1 internet Router (192.168.14.1) .I can access internet from headoffice but in branches i cannot as they are not able to ping 192.168.14.1 router .For that reason i installed ISA server in head office and put proxy address in browser for all branches ,they are able to access internet .ONly thing is that Outlook is not working .i make a rule in my isa to allow pop3 but all in vain .what i feel outlook is not using proxy .

You can set the proxy in outlook itself.

What version of outlook?

And are you using Exchange?
