Show me a screen shot in the modem. If there is no DMZ then we need to do two port forwarding rules in the modem.
First rule, TCP ports 1000 - 65535
then another one for UDP

Make sure both rules point to the WAN ip of the belkin

You dont have to worry about covering up any local IP's. It is only your internet IP we dont want to show

What is your modem model and I will see if I have the screen shots for it and I can point you to the correct page.

See if this page loads for you
http://192.168.1.1/nat.htm

Assuming your modem IP is 192.168.1.1

You have another option. But you will need your DSL username and password.

You can put the modem into bridge mode.
On this page
http://forums.pcwintech.com/index.php/topic,2008.msg13475.html#msg13475

Once you do that you will need to log into your belkin and put in the PPPoe account info.
Once that is in the belkin will then have the internet IP (instead of a local IP from the modem)
