Correct.
This is why my port tester works. It is looking for the response from my port tester page. If the data sent from my website reaches the program then the port is open. If the data it sent doesn't reach it then it knows the port is closed. :wink:

Of course I am amusing you are setting up the port forwarding rules correctly. And since you got TCP to work I would guess you setup UDP the same as well :wink:

ya! i allways port forward ports to host a game server or anything in the web!

UDP is a connectionless protocol.
and what about TCP?

Tcp reports it connection state, so it is easier to monitor.

I am going to go back to bed. Getting freaking tired of being sick. LOL
