Are you able to log into the router with IE?

If so try removing the user name and password from the program (Make sure to put the default user and pass in the bottom so I can add the right ones though)

Let me know how it goes, I will be doing my daily batch of routers in the morning, so if you get those screens done tonight I will have it added for you tomorrow

Make sure to get every page! and any port forwarding or virtual server screens tha have add buttons, make sure to click them

Looks like that might just be a network switch.  (http://cache-www.belkin.com/support/dl/f5d5130-english-manual.pdf)
