Okay...that sounds like NAT issues.

Are you behind a second route perhaps?

Okay, can you post a screen shot of your routers security settings page and I'd also like to see what channel and frequency you are broadcasting on.

We also want to see what settings you have set pertaining to DMZ, UPnP, WPS, and Portforwarding.

Thanks for doing that test! now we know it is wireless causing the problem.

So lets make this simple. Disable the security for the wireless in the router. And change the channel to a high one.

Have any other settings it gives you set to auto if it lets you.

Lets see how it does.

Reason for the no security for this test is I had a old router a few years back that if I used anything other than wep or no security would cause horrific wireless drops and problems for my wife's laptop. Of course I replaced the router and it worked fine. But for now I want to see how yours does,

In this router's case the manufacturer says only WPA2 and no security work for anything higher than 54Mbps so make sure you disable ALL security.  We have find what works then add back what we want one thing at a time until we find what kills it.

Right now you have WPA not WPA2 enabled.

Make sure you change that to WPA2 (AES) and temporarily disable those port forwarding rules.  Then reboot the router and make sure your xbox settings are cleared properly and then set them up again.  it is a little lengthy but it's best to do each in that order.

Don't use DMZ and UPnP and Port Forwarding.  Just use UPnP.

Okay I looked at the Belkin guide and you're right.  The drop down does have WPA/WPA2-Personal (PSK).  Go ahead and keep that and under the Authentication make sure you choose WPA2-PSK (not WPA-PSK or WPA-PSK+WPA2-PSK).  We are going for the most up to date form of encryption which is what you want.

Did you ever try disabling DMZ and the Port Forwarding and using ONLY UPnP?  Remember UPnP tells the router to handle it for you (and you have to use it if you have more than one XBox 360, btw) and Port Forwarding is you telling the router what to do.  DMZ overides those so if have all three setup and disable DMZ then you have an automatic and manual rule trying to do the same thing.  Make sense?

At this point you can use DMZ. Why? Because when you tested with the network cable it worked fine. So if DMZ worked there you can leave it.

Our goal is to get the wireless more stable.
We still need to test with the wireless security turned off.
