Help with setting up a minecraft server
« on: October 30, 2010, 11:31:05 PM »
Hi all I have been trying to set up a minecraft server for awhile and have always been having trouble with port forwarding. I really have no idea where to start I downloaded this application but don't know which port I should open or anything really. Does anyone know where I should start? I have a linksys E1000 router if that is any help.

I need to get that game added to the program list

Just follow the check list in the program.

When you add a port to forward, click the custom tab, and for the start port, type "25565" and the same for the end port.
