All traffic should be counted unless your doing any local file sharing with other computers in your house.

I am only using one computer. No local network setup.
I have set the ports to be monitored from "0 to 50000". I guess that should cover everything?

The ports monitor is just if you want to monitor traffic on a set port. The program monitors all traffic, you can ignore the port monitor and just keep an eye on the network monitor
