Post 2 screen shots for me.

1. A screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router
2. A screen shot of the results of my port tester program.

You dont need to block out local ips, they are safe to post, I need to see that it is the right IP in the rule. You can also only forward a port to one device at a time, so remove the other rules and only have one rule pointing to your computer for that port

Then post 2 updated screen shots for me, dont block out the IPs, only internet IPs are accessible from the internet, not local ips.

The ip's that block are

1.2.3.4

192.168.1.77

Well as you can see, the 1st 2 ip that was port forward to 25565, im unable to remove this rule. If i tried to remove it will say "Duplication"

Look at #7 on here

Check to see if you have multiple device names listed. That router forwards based on device name and not IP and also doesnt play nice with a machine with a static IP on it. It is a known bug in those firmwares.
