Lets take a look :-)

Post 2 screen shots for me.

1. A screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router
2. A screen shot of the results of my port tester program

Lets go from there

No, use my port tester program, not the web page

Online port testers will normally fail. If nothing accepts their connection attempt they fail no matter what. My port tester program opens the port on the computer and listens for a connection from my site and accepts it if it comes in. So thats why we use my port tester program instead. :-)

Your computers IP is .100 You have the rule pointing to .102.

Go edit the rule and change it to .100 and then try my port tester again

Ok good :-)

Now in the tp-link find the page that shows its WAN Or internet IP. Does it match the IP on this page?

Your behind 2 routers bud

Your modem from your ISP is also acting as a router. Give this a go

i found out that thing today i thought the other 1 was modem but this is my problem now that i cant get it

this is how cables are near to my cp
internet cable to modem
from modem LAN cable to the second router (not this TP-LINK )
from this router LAN/PC goes to TP-LINK router WAN exit
and from TP-LINK exit number 1  cable to the computer

ok the problem is that i can't get to the other router i tried the to write at site area the gateway and the ip adrees (under wan in the photo ^^)
and nothing opened there is not site

so what i can do?!

i need to get to the other router's site so i can get the ip and do this setting in the page u gave me
HOW I DO THIS
and is the cable setting good like this?

So you are not able to log into 10.100.102.1?

If not then the easiest thing to do would be to call the ISP and ask them to put the modem into bridge mode. Bridge mode makes it act as a modem only and not a router. Then the TP-Link will get the internet IP

No Im not here 24/7. I do sleep lol

I answer every post. Once your modem is in bridge mode you should be good to go at that point

Good port forwarding works :-)

So the thing to remember is most home routers dont like reverse nat
http://www.pcwintech.com/test-for-reverse-nat

So that means when you are on the same network you have to use your local IP. Only when outside your network, like I am, is when you use your internet IP or no-ip address. (The no-ip just points to your internet ip)
