on your main router page does it look like this? http://www.pcwintech.com/showimage?file=files/screenshots/Belkin-F5D7234-4_v3/000.png

Also try one of the other F5D7234-4 in the program, it wont hurt, one of them may work. There is also a Belkin - F5D7234-4 v3 (Belkin v3.00.03 Firmware) in the program you should try as well.

Let me know how it goes  ;D

Last Error Status Code: NOT_FOUND(404) (http://192.168.2.1/nat_v.stm)

...and I get this error... "17025 is offline and can not be reached"... when I test the port.

;D ok good, make sure the rule is in the router, check the page and make sure its good.
Then also reboot your router, pull the power and plug it back in, sometimes the router simply needs to be reset.

Then if the port test still fails (make sure you are using the port tester in my simple port forwarding program) then make sure to give this a good read  ;D

Sounds good, but before I turn everything off...what is "the rule in the router?"  Is that the virtual server entry on the Belkin page?

thanks

You got it!  It's the port forwarding rules.  You should see the same page you saw the program working with just a little bit ago.

Still saying the port is offline.  I have read that page thoroughly...only one router, not sure how it could be the wrong IP (static created by SPF), I had the router firewall disabled before (enabled now) and those are the only two options I found, I had SPF add the port to the windows firewall, haven't yet repaired windows firewall, just now rebooted the router (not the computer or modem), use avast and pretty sure I have no viruses or malware (I scan fairly regularly).

What next?

OK got logged on, and everything worked fine  ;D

He had done a router reset to defaults before hand, I have a feeling that took care of the problem. Simple port forwarding added the port and it passed in the port tester. All good to go!  8)
