TP-LINK TD8817 Unable to update router

When it comes to updating the router during set up (for uTorrent) I receive the following error message....  Could someone provide me with any advice please?

You are getting Access Denied error.

Remove the username and password from the program, and turn off silent mode under the advanced menu. When you go to update the router it will ask for the username and password like normal.
