Need help accessing configuration webpage for ZyXEL P-2602HWT-F3
« on: September 27, 2009, 09:27:59 AM »
Hi I have recently moved and got a new modem, a ZyXEL P-2602HWT-F3.
Now I have been trying to configure it via the configuration page ( The one accessed through entering the gateway address into the internet seachbar).
Now I am prompted for a username and password as per usual.

However the generic ZyXEL username/PW combination of Admin/admin or Admin/1234 are not working.

Does anyone know what the combination is? as I have looked on the ZyXEL website, and cannot find anything about the modem model I have.

thank you for any help you can give.

Did you get the modem from your ISP? they may have the default password changed. So there is 2 options, 1. Call your ISP and get the password or 2. Do a reset on the modem and put it back to factory defaults. But only do that if you know how to put your username and password back in if it is a DSL modem.

Have you also tried logging in without a password? http://www.pcwintech.com/default-router-modem-passwords
I have every Zyxel that has been sent to me on this page, and for yours it shows just admin as the username and no password.
