Hello :D

i have read almoast all of your hints and answers to ppl about portforwarding and i do not really know why it do not working....
i have a d-link dir 615 and 2 computers... When i tried on My main computer it diddent work... so i tried my other computer and it workt there....
I think this is strange Because both computers is using same anti virus program (Avira antivir) and have settnings for the firewall oh im using xp btw.
So this really bug me out and i hoped that you had any answers :P....

ok lets see what we can do  ;D

So the port forwarding works when you send it to one computer but doesnt work on your computer. So we know the problem is your computer and not the router that's good.

On the main computer make sure the windows firewall is running and turned on. Make sure to add the ports to the windows firewall as well.
Double check that your main computers local IP is the right one in the port forwarding rule.

The problem may lie with the windows firewall not working right, I have seen that happen with another person.

I have 2 ports in my windows firewall calld SPF port 7171 TCP nad one SPF port 7171 TCP
and my local is right

Ok all fixed up.

User simply had the same ports forwarding to 2 computers. Once we removed that all worked fine!  ;D
