PORT # IS OFFLINE

I Ran simple port forward and it said it was ok,but when i test the ports i get the message "PORT 17305 IS OFFLINE AND CANNOT BE REACHED".Do you have any suggestions.
i am trying to open this port on my wireless laptop,with a D-LINK 625 this is running on DSL with modem.

This should help, make sure to read it all and try all things. I have had users say they did and turned out they didn't and it got them fixed once they did lol
